Respond to urgent calls from individual who find themselves in life threatening situation and who require assistance . Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Dispatch management service software. Monitoring and tracking software. Database software. Electronic mail. Electronic scheduler. Spreadsheet. Internet. MS Windows. Service experience: Trucking.
