Administrative Coordinator at Taylor Made Logistics is responsible for preforming all Administrative & Accounting responsibilities such as:
- Entering Bills of Lading daily
- Processing invoices from LTL and TL carriers daily
- Sending invoices to our customers on a weekly basis
- Reviewing carrier statements to ensure all shipments are current and paid in a timely manner
- Accounting duties such as processing and cashing cheques daily, and processing EFT payments
- Processing cheque runs weekly for both LTL and TL carriers
- Bank runs
- Office supply runs
- Sending customer statements on a regular basis to ensure all customer accounts are current
- Use programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook and QuickBooks
- Provide information by answering phone calls and emails
- Provide support to ensure efficient operations of the office
- Meticulous approach to administrative tasks
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Proficiency with office technology such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook (will receive training for in-office programs)
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Can adapt easily to an ever-changing industry
- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic math abilities and understanding of basic financial concepts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is an added benefit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
