*Position Overview:*
As a *Senior Construction Project Manager*, you will oversee the management and supervision of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Reporting to the VP of Construction, this role involves close collaboration with subcontractors and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities, resolve challenges, and maintain the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and supervise construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
* Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
* Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols, quality control measures, and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with to develop and update project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
* Follow company procedures and adhere to the VP of Construction's direction on all processes, including approvals, quality control, scheduling, and related work
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project-related paperwork.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among project teams and subcontractors.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
