_*Roles & Responsibilities: *_
*1) Listing Preparation & Management*
* Coordinate the preparation of listings (photography, signage, lockbox, staging, cleaners, etc.)
* Create and upload pre-listing and listing documents.
* Input listing information into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
* Organize and coordinate public and broker open houses.
*2) Client & Transaction Coordination*
* Maintain regular communication with clients and other parties involved to ensure smooth transactions
* Coordinate showings, open houses, and obtain feedback from potential buyers.
* Ensure necessary compliance documents are submitted to the office.
* Prepare and drop off closing gifts for clients.
*3) Contact Potential Clients*
* Follow up potential clients via calls, emails and/or texts.
* Input potential clients into the data base.
* Schedule introductory appointments with a designated agent.
*4) Marketing*
* Prepare and post the posts for social media.
* Manage the social media contests (when we have them).
* Create marketing materials for listings or for the team
*5) Database Management*
* Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions in our database system.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
