<p><strong>SMS Equipment is growing ! </strong>We are looking for a<strong> Customer service representative - Parts</strong> to join our team! In this role, you'll find solutions, make safety a priority, and work with the largest and most advanced jobsite equipment. This role is located in <strong>Fredericton. </strong></p><p><strong>The shift for this role is 5x2.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :</strong></p><ul><li>Issue purchase orders when necessary.</li><li>Prepare estimates and proposals concerning parts to the customer.</li><li>Respect all policies and procedures: COD accounts, returns and part returns etc...</li><li>Maximize all interventions with customers in order to attain or exceed sales objectives of your respective branch</li><li>Follow company health & safety rules.</li><li>Verify prices and availability of parts with suppliers and issue purchase orders.</li><li>Ensuring all daily and emergency orders is electronically ordered.</li></ul><ul><li>Process invoices and credits for parts returned.</li><li>Shipping parts to customers; specifying shipping instructions and reference number</li><li>Follow up on open documents and ensuring parts are shipped before confirming the invoice.</li><li>Invoice applicable shipping fees for shipments from the branch to customer.</li><li>Return all parts and core components to suppliers.</li><li>File all parts documents on daily basis.</li><li>Maintain parts counter & receiving areas clean, orderly and secure at all times.</li><li>Processing all annual, defective and overstock returns.</li><li>Collaborate with service department (Entering time cards, opening and closing work orders etc)</li><li>To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Excellent customer service and organizational skills</li><li>Able to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Abilities to use MS-Office</li><li>Bilingual ( An asset ), because of the possibility of documentation or French-speaking customers</li></ul><p><strong>Applications will be received until a suitable candidate has been hired.</strong></p><p>At SMS Equipment, safety is one of our values and we care for each other, without exception.
