Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Tasks: Prepare and submit reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules. Train or arrange for training. Oversee safety of operations. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Check products for quality control. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. JD Edwards. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?.
