CTOMS? is a unique company providing tactical, medical, rescue training and equipment sales, primarily to the defense and security industry, but rapidly expanding into more mainstream, and international markets. Working at our location in South Edmonton, in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking an ambitious and energetic Shipper/Receiver. As our Shipper/Receiver, you will process incoming and outgoing shipments from our warehouse. This will include using our modern inventory control software, quality checks, packaging and processing shipments, and assemblies. You will trouble shoot any inventory discrepancies and be proactive in catching any shipping or inventory errors. You will help prepare, ship and fulfill complex orders as well as trouble shoot any differences between products (prices, components, colors) within our inventory system software. You must have great problem-solving skills, initiative, and computer skills. You will be responsible for ensuring all outgoing shipments are done to the highest standards to maintain great customer satisfaction.

Residency in or near Edmonton is required as the location of work is at our office in South Edmonton.
*Job Type:* Part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Prepare shipping documents for outgoing shipments.
* Pack goods to be shipped and attach packing slips.
* Direct delivery trucks and help drivers unload goods.
* Inspect and count items that are received, ensuring accuracy.
* Record shipped and received goods.
* Unpack received goods into appropriate storage areas.
* Fill out forms for damaged and returned items and route them correctly.
* Call carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery and have inventory items inspected.
* Maintain safe working conditions and keep warehouse and related areas clean and organized.
* May be required to operate pallet jack and related stockroom machinery.
*Experience and Skills:*
* Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience involving the shipment, receipt, storage and distribution of goods utilizing warehouse equipment in a manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience in product assembly
* Strong organizational skills
* Solid keyboarding and computer skills
* Superior customer service
* Excellent problem-solving ability
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Team player
* Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
* Attentive to details
* Follows instructions thoroughly and uses good judgment
* Demonstrates strong work ethics (attendance, punctuality, reliability, honesty, etc.)
