Spa Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of Yoga
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in time management to ensure efficient scheduling of staff and appointments
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for handling transactions
- Experience in retail sales within a spa or wellness setting is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to manage administrative tasks such as record keeping, payroll, and budgeting
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

We are seeking someone qualified to perform and train new technicians in Turkish Hammam style massage and Spa treatments. Intention and desire to keep up to date with current styles, trends, techniques and new holistic approaches is essential. Preference for someone who can teach or practice Yoga at a high level as well.
Ideal candidate will have the experience to assist in setting up the location and designing the facility to best accommodate the styles and treatments we are wanting to offer.
Paramount importance is the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and create effective complimentary spa packages. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Proficiency with booking software, Microsoft office suite is necessary.
Requirements: Certification in Massage from an accredited school as well as at least 2 yrs experience with Turkish Hammam style.
Business management degree or 3yrs equivalent experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
