Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Work setting: Warehouse. Tasks: Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation units. Clean and maintain work space. Record production information. Start up, shut down and troubleshoot equipment. Perform routine chemical and physical tests of products. Operate equipment from a control room or from control consoles located near the production units. Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures.
