<div><strong><em>This position is based either in Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver.</em></strong></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>A career as Cash Management Solutions Director in the Corporate Development and Management - Financial Markets Group at National Bank means delivering business advice and new insights to clients with an expert perspective, using industry and economic insights to effectively lead meaningful client discovery sessions to uncover hidden business challenges and opportunities with a view to fulfilling our quality and profitability objectives as measured through market share and non-credit revenue growth.</div><div><br></div><div>You will join a select team of Corporate Cash Management experts, cash flow advice while developing tailored solutions and strategies allowing optimize liquidity, streamline daily treasury operations to our largest corporate clients and work in collaboration with the Financial Markets Treasury group, Risk Management Solutions group, and other Corporate and Investment Banking partners. In this role, you will be able to use your analytical skills and your desire to innovate.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><br></strong></div><div><strong>Your Job</strong></div><div><strong><br></strong></div><div><ul><li>Drive non-lending business through client strategy reviews/plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders and deliver on the strategic business priorities of increasing cash management revenue with large multinational and domestic corporate entities</li><li>Advise clients regarding their cashflow management needs on a national and international level with an eye to increase ties to National Bank</li><li>Build strong internal networks within National Bank to ensure the cooperation and mobilization of the whole National Bank team to drive success</li><li>Manage multi-tier strategic clients, supporting Financial Markets client base</li><li>Create visibility for the Bank by organizing promotional activities and acting as a National Bank representative in markets that we serve</li><li>Understand all risks inherent with Cash Management products, providing expert advice to both the customer and internal National Bank partners</li><li>Utilize existing networks and relationships to actively seek new business opportunities and business development in cashflow management</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong><br></strong></div><div><strong>Your Team</strong></div><div><br></div><div>You will report to the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Development and Cash Management, Corporate & Investment Banking. As part of the team, you will contribute to the success of the strategic initiatives and projects of over 350 CIB professionals across Canada.
