Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our office staff and ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, sending reports, minor bookeeping
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Data Collection
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- knowledge of html is an asset
