Their primary responsibilities include managing dealer relationships, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Essential Duties:</b></span></p><p><span><b>Dealer Network Management:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with dealer principals and sales managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.</span></li><li><span>Monitor dealer performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.</span></li><li><span>Foster strong relationships with factory owned dealers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.</span></li><li><span>Oversee dealer training programs and provide necessary support.</span></li><li><span>Maintain compliance for dealership standards.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Sales Performance:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Set sales targets, budgets and KPIs for the dealer network.</span></li><li><span>Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.</span></li><li><span>Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.</span></li><li><span>Analyze network footprint vs. existing infrastructure.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Stakeholder Communication:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Act as a liaison between the manufacturer and dealers.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with other directors, including the Vehicle sales directors.</span></li><li><span>Ensure effective communication channels are maintained with dealers and internal teams.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Financial Management:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Monitor dealer financial health, including profitability and cash flow.</span></li><li><span>Review dealer funding arrangements and ensure compliance with financial agreements.</span></li><li><span>Contribute to long-term viability and growth of the business.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Health, Safety and Environment:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Accountable for maintaining health and safety standards within the dealer network.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.</span></li><li><span>Maintain internal certifications within ISO standards and OSHA.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Lean</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Oversee continuous improvement activities to ensure ongoing progress.</span></li></ul> <br> <ul><li><span>Bachelor?s degree in Business, Sales, or related field, Preferred</span></li><li><span>Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or transportation industry.</span></li><li><span>Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of dealer operations and network management.</span></li><li><span>Must be able to travel internationally (USA to Canada and Sweden).</span></li></ul><span><b>Your advantages:</b></span><br><ul><li>High visibility key position within our organization</li><li><span>Very competitive salary and benefits</span></li><li><span>Stimulating position, perfect if you like challenges!</span></
