JOB SUMMARY :The incumbent participates in personal information protection activities at the regional level based on legislation, standards in effect and best practices. The incumbent sees to integrating personal information protection practices and processes in collaboration with their colleagues in the Privacy Office, with the Senior Director of Information andOrganizational Risk Management and Chief Privacy Officer , with the Network's managers, and with stakeholder organizations and partners. The incumbent is also responsible for promothing a culture of privacy.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (health, administration, law, communications, information technology, etc.);Three years' progressive experience in the field of health or personal information protection;Knowledge of the legal field or legislation considered an asset;Good analytical thinking, ability to summarize, and problem-solving skills;Demonstrate good judgment, tact and discretion;Leadership and the ability to mobilize/engage others toward a common objective;Demonstrate organizational and time management skills; Strong ability to handle stress in difficult situations;Good skills in all aspects of communication (reading, writing, speaking);Good information management skills; methodical and organized approach;Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, MedQM,IReport, etc).Ability to work independently and as a team member;Physical ability to perform assigned duties;Good previous work history (performance and attendance);Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
