_We are looking to have a resource in Montreal region (French speaking) to support for one of our customers with French speaking users._
_Resource should have experience on tools Filemaker Pro, Windev, Excel, Sharepoint, and around 5+ years of experience._
*Responsibility:*
1. Understand high level Business objectives of in scope applications across Customer Business entities.
2. Provide technical and functional support to Users on the reported issues.
3. Provide workarounds to the reported technical issues.
4. Work with Vendors on any product upgrades / in house testing requirements.
5. Get / create documentation on application support, to handle production support tickets post successful
deployment from the implementation team.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with Offshore production support teams on the changes deployed to
Production and get the team up to speed on the documentation and ability to support.
7. Sign off from a ready to be supported in RUN state from a support perspective.
8. Participate in project Governance meetings with Client stakeholders and report on the progress.
9. Prepare Run book for known issues and contact points.
10. Providing level 2/3 production support (Incidents and service request fulfillment)
11. KPI measurement, tracking and reporting.
*Technical skills:*
? Must have?s: Knowledge of Claris FileMaker and WinDev platform to build Custom Apps.
? Understanding of different modules of FileMaker: Build and connect, host and deploy.
? Knowledge of Application lifecycle management ? ALM viz. WinDev
? Knowledge of WLangage, HFSQL database.
? Working knowledge of Low code / No Code platforms.
? Prior development experience using Microsoft tech, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, REST API?s
? Good knowledge of Databases and schemas
? Good understanding of Web Applications architecture
? Understanding of Web services and integrations with different platforms
? Relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server Mgmt. Studio 2012/19, Microsoft Visual Studio
*Other skill requirements:*
? Prior production support experience and ability to triage and provide technical support.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills ? English and French
? Front ending Customer discussions and ability to work and collaborate with teams.
? Know how on Root cause analysis techniques (Problem management)
*Tools:*
? Recording and tracking of reported issues using ITSM ticketing tool.
? Working knowledge of tools like Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, GIT
? SQL Server Management Studio 18 or higher

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
