Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Electrical and power transmission installation/installer, general. Plumbing technology/plumber. Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration maintenance technology/technician. or equivalent experience. Work setting: On-site customer service. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
