Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions. Order merchandise. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
