Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations. Plan for changes to schedules and policies. Prepare reports for senior management. Recruit staff. Train staff. Manage finances or budget. Ensure transport compliance with regulations. Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods. Negotiate for services and preferential rates. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationSurrey, BC
