Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Promote sales to existing clients. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service. Deliver sales presentations. Conduct sales transactions. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions. Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services. Provide customer service. Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills.
