The OpportunityWe have two openings for an Appointment Coordinator, one at Lounsbury Chevrolet in Moncton and another at Seaside Chevrolet in Shediac.The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for all incoming calls to the Service Departments and scheduling appointments for customers. We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, enjoys speaking on the phone, and working as part of a team. Answer all inbound emails to the Service Department. Manage the online bookings that come through the company website: contacting (call or email) customers to confirm the appointment. Could have to do troubleshooting to figure what service they need. Do outbound calls to existing service customers ? MVI, tire storage, run recall reports, and contact customers for repairs, and promotions. Send email blasts for promotions in the Service Department ? create content for promotions. Follow-up with customers who are a no-show for an appointment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED. Fluently bilingual in English and French is required for the position at Seaside. Knowledgeable of the operations of a vehicle. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail. Computer savvy with the ability to manage multiple applications at once; must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to respond to questions and concerns, and to overcome objections. Cheerful disposition.
